At the time I purchased it, it was $4. It does indeed come with a USB heater, a packet of water-based lubricant, and the toy. I was skeptical of the purchase but overall was worth it. This is my first toy purchase, by the way. For average length males, this is a good toy. For the price, I didn't expect the toy to have a prominent texture inside, and I was right. The suction is nice, and the toy can be turned inside out for cleaning. For now, even for $6, I would recommend this toy unless you're looking for more. I will update this if any issues occur.Note: The product was shipped discretely for me. When I got it, I forgot I ordered it until I saw the toy inside.
