This product has a little more insoluble fiber than most, and that was what I wanted. Soluble fiber is great for reducing cholesterol and lowering blood glucose levels - which this has - and while I want that also, I wanted the colon cleansing aspect of insoluble fiber.It mixes well. With insoluble fiber, it is imperative to mix it and drink it immediately, as it will start thickening in the liquid right away. That is what it is supposed to do. It isn't like the wholly soluble fiber products that can mix in water and not make any change in density.Also, when mixing it, I highly recommend NOT using just water. There is no flavoring with this (which is very good - no added sugars, chemical flavoring, coloring, etc.). But it does have its natural texture and flavor. And that is tough to swallow with just water. I will mix it with orange juice or a protein drink. And I just use a shaker bottle without any added separation pieces. Just shake a few seconds and it's good to go.

I’ve been using this product for years and buying it from the same seller.Product is very reliable and so is the seller. I plan on buying this product for this seller in the future.

I started taking it a few days ago due to my problems with slow digestion and irritable bowel, and it seems to be working... that is, for now I am taking one dose, at night, but I think I will increase to two doses, in early in the morning on an empty stomach and another one at night, for a better result... but I think it's a very good product and I recommend it.

Ok so first thing I need to say is that this stuff comes in capsules and unless u enjoy eating raw mushrooms picked off the forest floor, I would reccomend buying the capsules. I eat pretty clean and can stomach a lot of things people do not enjoy, however this has to be the most disgusting product that I have ever had! It’s sad because I really need it badly. Now I have to figure out a way to get it down or just throw it out. I would not take 1000 dollars cash to drink a large cup of this raw mushroom tasting mix.. I am only able to get down about 4 oz of fluids max with this added and immediate mouthwash and tooth brushing within seconds is needed to not vomit...
