I learned a LOT about natural pain killers, skin healing, etc. from this book. factual information given to promote IDEAS... not products! I'd recommend this to anyone that has skin problems, pain and wishes to heal themselves without harmful side effects of drugs.

I am very disappointed. I just wanted an informational book about Comfrey. Why did I have to pay for an advertisement for a product called Traumaplant?

Lots of good info. Comfrey products have helped us get off some medications for pain and inflammation, I would also search the web for more info in addition to this book.

I was very disappointed in the booklet. Instead of an informative book what I received for my $5.99 was an "infomercial" in print advocating the virtues of TraumaComfrey, a product promoted by the author. The only thing missing was a discount coupon on your first purchase.

This book is nothing more than the author plugging a product. There are no recipes for salves or teas. No growing information. Absolutely no information on how to prepare the plant for use on the body. This book was just a commercial for a certain brand of ointment and a huge disappointment.
