Update: had to update my review. They didn’t hide anything, I just didn’t pay attention, the picture of all ingredients is right there. I just saw “beets” and was sold, and after trying a few others, came back to this one (at this time I purchased three). But, there are TWO sweeteners there - coconut sugar and stevia. Not to mention beets are often used to make sugar too. No wonder I chose this one! Basically, for me, it’s only beets and ginger that I don’t use every day. The others - apples - I just eat daily, raw, on its own. Cacao nibs - I add to my cereal. Maca powder - I add to my cocoa. So I’m thinking I’m going to switch back to green powders with more ingredients and no sugars. The photo shows the difference between two packages. The darker is the newer one. Previous review: I add it to my cereal and it’s delicious. The container is reusable too (the label comes of clear). After this, I ordered another thing, but came back to this one ;)

This stuff is really good. I like it as a pre-workout it doesn’t give you any jitters, but it definitely gives you more energy when you’re working out.

Not a bad taste

A few things that you should know about this product. (1) Be sure to read the ingredients list to make sure that you are able to use it. Many superfoods contain things that I cannot have, so, I was glad to find this one. (2) Mixes up well in hot water, yogurt, oatmeal. (3) The lids on all these products can be extremely difficult to twist open. Frustrating in fact! If that happens to you, you need to bang the container lid on the counter a few times, to help unseal it (this was told to me by the company, when I contacted them!) It doesn't matter whether you buy it here in Amazon or locally, most of the lids will have you screaming for a short time, LOL. (4) The containers are great when empty, and can be used to store many diff things in, so I like that they are reusable.

It’s grainy in texture. If you don’t like “beet flavor” , this isn’t for you. Literally tastes like dirt. I barely felt a change in stamina.

It's easy to use. Mixes well with any liquid. I personally like it in smoothies. It doesn't cake up or get clumpy. Taste really good. Even my teen daughters like it.
