Prepare to be amazed (and a little grossed out, too)! It’s unbelievable looking at the pads in the morning and seeing how much comes out! I also saw on the package that this helps with kidneys which is AWESOME considering I have kidney disease! I’m very pleased with this purchase and have already recommended this product to several friends. I will be purchasing again in the future

Not so good 2 me
UPDATE: used all 10 pads. Nothing changed but ungodly sticky residue on my feet. Pads turned black all 10 days but didnt notice a diff with sleep at all in fact i toss and turned more than ever. Not a good foot detox guys sorry. Waste of moneyWORKER GOOD. LOTS OF BLACK STUFF CAME OFF ON PAD. SAME DAY SHIPPING N DELIVERED. GOOD PRODUCT

As promised
At first when I received the detox foot pads. I thought it was going to be another hoax product that takes people's money and doesn't deliver what's promised, not this product. I've been using the patches for about a week and noticed the inflammation that I was having is now gone away. I'm definitely ordering more.

Interesting concept
I know reflexology is underrated but I believe in it. My feet very warm and I slept well when I used them. I'm not sure how often I am to use them but I do feel better and more relaxed when I do.

These did EXACTLY as stated. I woke up with the pads turned completely black; refreshed, happier and surprisingly, energetic.6 cycles in, and I am very happy!Clearly some toxins in me!

Poor adhesive
I believe it works, except for the adhesive on the pad isn’t the best. It falls off of my feet in the middle of the night. So to keep it on all night I have to wear socks. I was able to feel the difference between the nights I had them on all night vs the nights I had them on partially.
