Nothing like this from Medela.
This was the largest diameter I could find. Medela makes a larger flange for their pumps, but not nipple shields (which makes no sense to me.) These worked great, only wish they were available through prime because they took a while to arrive.

good quality nipple shield
good quality nipple shield, kinda hard to keep in place when nursing but I think that is more due to baby moving around/not staying latched etc. but overall it is a good quality product that I would order again if need be, I also like that this came in a two pack, many nipple shields only come one per pack and it is nice to have two, one in bedroom and one in living room or where ever you are nursing, they were kind of hard to clean, if you are using lanolin or any other nipple cream you will need to scrub the nipple shield really good to get the gunk off, also you need to scrub under the nipple to clean out any milk residue, but like I said this overall is a pretty good product

Not comfortable for me or baby
These felt really hard plastic over the nipple and since I needed a larger size for my nipples I thought the mouthpiece for my baby would be tapered off so he can eat with better ease, so not the case. Just ended up tossing them since they're useless for helping me try and breastfeed.

Not the best for me/
My lactation consultant recommended this shield, but I wasn't a fan of it. The material was stiff and didn't really form fit on my breast.

Mamivac's Cherry-Shaped Nipple Shields SAVED MY LIFE.
My son had tongue and lip ties, a high bubble palate, and an awful shallow latch because of it all. The Avent shields I had previously used to continue breastfeeding my daughter were not affecting my son's latch, so I switched to exclusive pumping and bottle feeding, but then decided to try these in hopes that the non-conical shape would make a difference. IT DID. The pain-free nursing experience was night-and-day different from what I had been experiencing with Avent's conical shields. Totally worth the price and the wait!

Works but could be better.
I have the medela shields as well and I like them better. My still nursing daughter does too. My flow is very fast and using nipple shields is the only way she'll nurse. These shields are thicker than the medela ones and she fusses more on them. I'm not sure the thickness is why but its the biggest difference between the two. The only benefit to these over the medela ones is the price.

Good product
Product is a good quality and works as advertised. I found that after a couple of days they were no longer needed and were only an assist to kind of help baby attach and learn to nurse.

Great for large nipples
This was a lifesaver for the very big nipple / little mouth and nipple confusion situation. We had a rough time with latching/milk transfer and needed this to bridge until baby grew a little and could latch better. The smaller sized nipple shields from medela and all the other companies were tight and blocking some of my lower ducts from clearing. They were just too tight and restrictive. These were the only ones I found for larger nipples (the ONLY ones available > 24mm), and they were great! Highly recommend them if you have large nipples and have to use the 27-30mm sized breast pump nozzles.
