Sara Armchair with Ottoman, Multi

The first one arrived with a broken ottoman: the cardboard packaging was cheap, ripped, and bent, and so the legs/bottom of the ottoman had been crushed and were unusable. Amazon was great about the return, but given the size of the package it was a major hassle to get the big box to the local UPS store to return it (thank goodness I have a Forester because in a sedan there is no way I could have transported it).The replacement box was a little battered, but the contents weren't damaged. The chair is a cute design, pretty comfortable for the purpose I'd chosen (I have it in my office as a chair to sit in for reading, or to grade papers). The fabric feels cheap and synthetic, and it's a little darker (I thought it would be closer to white/off white but it's very creamy with yellowy-brown undertones) but I decided to keep it anyway, and I like it. I think it was a good value for the money: it's very inexpensive, and it's cute. I'd recommend, although I do wish the manufacturer would upgrade their packaging to save the contents during shipping.

Very nice chair! The cushions are a bit stiff..so it could be more comfortable, but its beautiful fabric and very sturdy. It doesn't look cheap at all which i was afraid of. I would recommend buying this if you want a nice chair. I enjoy sitting and reading or doing puzzles in this chair. The ottoman is very nice with storage

I love the colors nice and bright. I was looking for a firm chair as have back issues. It’s used as an accent chair. Or when I need to sit straight and tall. I just love it. Love the ottoman with the storage for a throw and my note book.

Pretty chair with durable fabric and firm cushions. But - it arrived with a bent leg. Enclosed instructions say to contact the manufacturer directly but they don’t respond. Use Amazon customer service instead. Chair might not hold up to a lot of traffic, but mine is more for occasional use, so I’m not worried.

It's perfect for the room. Not as comfortable as I would like. But okay.

Love the style of the chair and ottoman. Comfortable and fits me well. I am short so it helps to have a chair that I can feel comfortable in. Material and pattern on the chair is beautiful and durable. The chair seems sturdy for my bedroom. It is light so I can move it easily.

Chair doesn’t seem very stable, it shakes when my toddler climbs in it and when I sit in it (30’ kid and I’m only 130’, so we’re not talking big people here). The ottoman arrived with a broken baseboard thanks to the legs having been attached prior to shipping. (Why they were attached, I don’t know. The legs on the chair weren’t attached and were a very simple screw in by hand assembly.) Something smashed two on the same side and bent them into the ottoman. Nothing I do will get it to stand up, and I’m not optimistic about the chair holding up to daily use.
