This backpack turned out to be pretty good. It's well made with regards to stitching, zippers and material and has plenty of space for EVERYTHING on the inside. Very handy hidden pocket at the back. USB socket is also an extra on top of everything else. You can actually take the USB out if needed for washing.

ÙIt was a Christmas gift. I LOVE IT. I've received many compliments on the look of the bag, the gist usually being how "professional" and "stylish" it looks. Would definitely recommend this bag to professional commuters out there!

Very good backpack

I am really impressed with the quality of this bag. As an added bonus it looks great too. Would definitely buy this product again if a friend needed a laptop bag. Very light... USB plug is awesome.

Bag arrived well packaged. Looks smart and has adequet storage for my laptop, tablet, notebook, pencil case and lunchbox. The front and back pockets are almost impossible to get into once the bag is 3/4 full.I bought this bag on 1st March and am returning it today, 1st April. The buckle on the strap snapped without warning. Really very disappointed.

Ive now had two of these rucksacks, the first I returned as one the the plastic strap holders snapped, the weighted contents inside were modest to say the least. The second rucksack which they sent me, exactly the same has happened again! even less weight in the bag on this occasion as I was nervous from cautious from the first experience. Im sorry business is probably not that great at the moment anyway but if you make a bad product, you should be held accountable and not be in business anyway.
