You know the rules. The padlock holes state they're 5/16, and padlock shackles are 5/16. Padlock cannot occupy the same sized hole, or can it?

I slid a 5/16 bit through the holes without problems, check it against a mic as well. I did noticed that on one side that the bottom and top holes were not quite aligned but with a little wiggle it was no problem. Dennis

It’s possible. You just have to map everything out first until you find a layout that works. In mine I have a Sig P226 and a full size 1911 cut into the main blocks of the foam and the 5 magazines for them all, I cut and placed into the foam in the lid.
