These are great to have on hand on long bike rides, in my gym bag, dance bag or when out for long hikes. They taste really good and offer that little pick me up when I am working hard. Note of warning: they will melt in to one big glob if they get too hot. It will be a giant gummy powerchew.Will keep these on hand!

Got the Cola ones with caffeine and use these for cycling. Taste is ok, but is more like diet cola. Consistency is a bit rubbery. Unfortunately, muscle fueling with these is not up to par.For me, the Black Cherry Clif Shot Bloks with caffeine do a far better job of providing sustained energy, plus are easier to chew.

These taste great, but the chewy little pieces that result from biting are easy to aspirate while running. They don't disenigrate as well as other chews and are big.

I had to return these Cola flavored chews because I wasn't aware that there was caffeine in these chews. They resulted in my being shaky and jittery, so beware if you are sensitive to caffeine. The inclusion on caffeine was very puzzling to me as well since it has been shown not to improve the performance of long distances or short distance athletes. The taste was okay, like those cola candies from Haribo. In the end, I would opt for another flavor without caffeine, but I guess some people might like that feature.

These things actually taste like those old-school cola gummies that came in those little wax coke bottles!! I love the burst of carbs and caffeine during a long run. I was pretty hesitant to get on board with these types of gummies and power gels, but having now used them often, I can say that they have helped me immensely on runs lasting longer than an hour. These are my favorite type because of the excellent flavor and the caffeine content. If you haven't tried in-race nutrition and you are doing long-distance cardio, you should give these a shot!

These gels taste great and are good for endurance exercise. They are not sticky like other products which leaves your hands nice and clean. Easy to chew on the run and a pack is about 200 calories which is good for a longer run. Price on amazon cant be beat as they are more than $2 a pack in sports stores. I haven't tried the other flavors but the cola is great, not sickly sweet like some other products by cliff etc.
