Essence of Vali Sleep Travel Kit

I have used this product at home before, but I ordered the travel kit for convenience while on vacation. The package presentation is very nice, and this does help me relax enough to be able to fall asleep without having to take medication.

I loved the sleep travel kit. The fragrance is wonderful - very soothing, relaxing and healing. It makes me feel like I'm in a spa. It comes in a pretty shear blue pouch - perfect for travel. I carry the balm with me all the time - I just put a little on my wrist when I feel stressed during the day, and it calms me right away. And it really helps me to fall asleep at night! Wonderful!

I was looking so forward to the arrival of this product. It has so many positive reviews. I don't leave a lot of negatives on Amazon, but this is just gross. The "mist" spray smells like it's x80 concentration, it's so overwhelming and nearly made me gag. I sprayed it on my wrist to test it and since I loved the IDEA of this, I left it on for a few minutes.. hoping that maybe I put on too much (with one spray??) and that it would fade to a lovely relaxing smell. It's not meant to spray on your body, and I know that, but I wanted to let it fade as it wore off, and the easiest way for me to continue to check on it was to spray my wrist.No way. It faded, and left almost a peppery smell. The lavender notes smell very artificial although they may not be artificial.I am completely disappointed with this, and it wasn't cheap for the extremely small sizes that are included. They are VERY small, but I knew that when I ordered.I think it's disgusting. The pretty voile bag that it came in was tied shut with a KNOT. So I had to cut it open, and now I can't return it. It was a ridiculous knot. Can't understand why they would even do that.update: February 24, 2013. I have tried spraying this lightly on my blanket, just one or two quick mists, and I still don't like it at all. I'm not giving up though. The owner of the company seems very nice, and I'm willing to try another scent, if I can find it cheaper somewhere else.

Nice relaxing aroma but doesn't make me sleep any better.

I LOVE this aromatherapy combination, which really does help with sleep. It's also calming during stressful moments all day long. My favourite part of this kit is the little vial of concentrate. But the balm is also wonderful, and I recently found that the spritz is great at the office.

I recently purchased the Sleep travel kit and I love it! The scent is like none I have smelled before; it's so refreshing, comforting and soothing. When I have trouble sleeping I spray a little on to my pillow and I sleep like a rock.Great buy!I highly recommend this product.

Can't apply too much. Makes me sneeze.
