I will agree the coin was not circulated in the population. But even through the plastic pouch, I noticed a mark on the front. I took it out of the pouch and looked at it in good lighting and saw probably twenty marks. all on the front. the back was pristine. was going to return it for replacement. decided to check two others I bought, at different times, as gifts but haven't given yet. opened the other two and found same situation. Very disappointing. the coins may be uncirculated but the coin dealer doesn't seem to take much care of them. so not much sense asking for replacement. not ready to buy from this dealer again. why buy an uncirculated coin that has coin dealer damage?
