Oversized and beautiful
It arrived without any damages, great packaging. This tub went into master bedroom on a second floor. It was light to carry up stairs. I didn’t install myself, but the crew that did my bathroom didn’t complain about it being a problem. After it is all said and done, I love it. It is really deep and super stylish. Only complain on my end is that I order the tub with the black drain slot, and it came with a chrome color one. Still, I don’t think it destroyed the look I was hoping for. All in all, great tub for the price, long, deep, and comfortable. Also, it is easy to clean as well.

Refined design and engineering
The installation had no surprises. This is my only experience with a walk-in tub, and this is the lowest-priced tub anywhere that I've seen. I found nothing cheap about it. It feels like a premium product. For instance, the flat panel water spigot is a nice and not obvious touch. When drying off, stand up in the tub with the door closed and let the high tub walls protect you from falling. When you put a foot up on the seat the flat panel water spigot will not stick you in the back.

Gorgeous tub, great price, why spend more?
Okay, this tub is amazing. The shape is so beautiful and practical. I looked at so many tubs when shopping for this, and almost no other had this beautiful curved shape. Now that it's installed, I keep noticing how not-pretty the other not-curved tubs are. This one is just gorgeous in my remodeled bathroom. The size is big enough to totally immerse my 5'4" body, it retains heat really well, and the overall footprint is small enough to fit in my space. I love the center drain, and I haven't experienced that it accidentally releases when I use the tub. I used a wall mount faucet with it and it really looks stunning (okay, there's an LED fireplace above it too, which adds to the atmosphere!). I've never ordered anything like this from Amazon before, and I have to say it was a total success for me. It arrived well packed on a pallet. Plumbers installed it without any major issue--but I would warn: make sure the plumbed drain is in the right location because the plumbers said the flex-hose wouldn't work well to drain because there wasn't enough rise under/inside the tub to handle the two 90 degree curves to reroute to a different drain location.

Make sure it doesn't leak
This tub looks nice and is easy to install. The downside is that it is leaking through the fiberglass resin. The top of the tub is water tight but the overflow area on the underside is not sealed. When the drain is released it starts dripping through the fiberglass. I have resealed and bought new gaskets three times now. I thought I wasn't getting a good seal at the drain. When I took a video of the water draining I noticed the drip was not coming from the drain. We ordered this when it was on sale and didn't have it installed in time to discover the leak. So we have an expensive paperweight....

Beauty at a reasonable price
Installed this tub in our new construction home. Was uneasy about it in the beginning but after installation I am so pleased. I did have a professional plumber to install it so I can’t comment on do-it-yourself installation. This tub is roomy, relaxing, easy to clean and most of all it’s beautiful. I researched many others that were way more expensive and decided on this one. I am so glad I didn’t spend twice or three times as much on another tub. I read in previous reviews about the location of the drain being a negative but it has not been a problem. I have not been paid for this review. I know how important and helpful reviews are when making large purchases so I hope this helps anyone one out there that is struggling with their decision.

What I Wish I Had Known
Let me start by saying that the end result is a beautiful functioning tub at a great price and I recommend it without reservation. The ordering was easy and the tub was well protected, packaged and delivered with no problems. Keep an eye on the pricing though as I have seen it fluctuate by as much as $150!Now for the "What I Wish I Had Known" part: I remodeled my master bathroom myself and as such I had to know what the finished dimensions of the tub was and the rough-in requirements for the drain for the tub and the only thing that I could find on Amazon (the seller/manufacturer's website seemed to be a middleman and didn't have any helpful information at all!) was the tub and drain dimensions. There was no mention of the tub being supplied with a flexible drain to attach to the tub and run to the drain. The problem I ran into was that I put the floor drain exactly where the drain of the tub is whereas I could have offset the floor drain by as much as 24" but now I did not have enough clearance between the bottom of the tub drain fittings and the floor drain to utilize the supplied flexible drain. NOTE: The clearance between the bottom of the provided PVC fitting and the finished floor is 2".The flexible drain hose is sized to fit into a 1.5" drain but the dimension drawing (referenced above) showed a 2" drain which is what I roughed in. Since I wasn't going to have enough clearance I decided to attach a six-inch 1.5" pipe to the vendor supplied black PVC female fitting and then slid that whole pipe inside of the 2" drain which fit nicely but there is about a 1/8" gap all around the pipe.If the tub drain ever clogged, in theory that water would back up and then potentially go onto my floor under the tub (I am not terribly concerned about this since I waterproofed the floor using a Schluter floating floor membrane system - though if it floods bad enough the water would go out the bathroom door).I chose not to caulk the tub to the floor so I could remove the tub if needed to gain access to the drain. I also find that my drain work around solution is better than the flexible drain which would be more prone to clogs due to the corrugation/ribbing of the flex hose which is more prone to catching hair. If you ever had to snake the flex drain it would likely easily break.I feel at an advantage because I built and installed everything and know what the guts of the system are should there be a problem but had I hired this out or for the next buyer of my home who wouldn't know would be stuck with a steep and potentially expensive learning curve. As a side note I did call the vendor directly and they do not offer technical support and really didn't have any functional knowledge of plumbing. I did ask them to add information to their product page but I don't think this will happen.

Too small for any adult or teenager
Tub is too small for any adult, may be good for a pettite person under 4' 5" tall.Looks very sleek. Very light and easy to install. The one we ordered came in with a crack on one side that we noticed after installation. Crack was under protective film we removed after installation. Return process was easy .
