MPC Complete Plug-n-Play Factory Remote Activated Remote Start Kit Compatible with Lexus RX350 2016-2019 - w/T-Harness

Installed on my wife's 2017 Lexus RX350 today. Connecting the harness took a while only because behind the dashboard is really tight. I had to use many needle-nose pliers for the connectors, my hands did not fit. Everything else worked perfectly. Programming was flawless. Climate controls work with remote start. Car shuts off when door is opened. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY and you'll be fine.I'll update if anything changes (12/28/2024).

Ordered for my 2017 rx350. Installation was pretty easy. Good instructions.

Super easy to install and program.. works like a charm.. MUST READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING. WATCH YOUTUBE VIDEOS FIRST FOR HOW TO REMOVE DASH COVERS. if I buy any other Lexus, I will look for external products like this one with app start instead of paying subscription to Lexus. This one is remote start. Lexus doesn’t support 3G rework anymore nor they can upgrade it to current 5g network.

Installed this on a 2016 RX350 because I didn't want to pay a monthly subscription service to Lexus. Works great as expected, I just wish Lexus would leave the vehicle running after you open a door. The install was fairly easy once I was able to find where to plug everything in. As another review mentioned, look on YouTube for the install video, it really makes things easy. I'd say 30 minutes to install with basically just screw driver.

This works perfectly. Not this products fault but to get to one of the wiring harnesses ports you need hands the size of a four year old. Took longer than needed for this reason as I have man hands.

Installed in 2017 Rx350 worked fine for a week . Then the car just didn't start anymore, had to have it towed to the stealership and they determined the ecu needed to be replaced. BEWARE of potential problems with lexus aftermarket remote starts

YALL MY MOMS LEXUS rx 350 ALREADY HAS A STARTER! LOOK IT UP BEFORE YOU BUY THIS!also in all the tutorial videos it doesn’t tell you but DISCONNECT YOUR CARS BATTERY FIRST!after extensive research i found you can literally accidentally deploy the airbags in your car while installing this. This overall took me like 6 hours of installation because everything in the car was zip tied, and glued, you MAY have a better experience but i would recommend just paying someone the $75 to install it for you. It’s not worth it trust me lmao

Wanted to give this a try after Lexus Enform app stopped working at the end of October. Have an RX350. Install for the two connections behind the dash was much quicker than removing the plastics.After initial install I couldn’t get the module to program properly. Repeated the process several times. Eventually called tech support who walked me through the module reset. Then programming was flawless. When it came to the app, I couldn’t get it to work. In the app the protocol needed to be changed which was not clear in the instructions but tech support seemed to know exactly what the problem was and walked me through changing the protocol on the app. Then need to re-do programming and by that point I could do it with my eyes closed. Works flawlessly. Subscription is $99 for 3 years which is about the cheapest thing going.If you hit a road block don’t be afraid to call tech support. Would definitely recommend. If you Jane any mechanical ability this is a very reasonable project. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the frustration over needing the module to be reset and the instructions for that or even a mention that it might be needed was not included, so I was frustrated I kept doing something wrong before just calling in and asking.
