The package was damaged. Since this was a gift money was refunded.

We sent a basket to a relative who resides in southern California. The initial delivery did not go well and the cheese in the package was spoiled. I called Harry & David customer service and received a quick response acknowledging the order issues. They sent a replacement overnight. Our relative confirmed receipt. We could not be more satisfied with their quick response.
