(SED) EL34 Burned In Vacuum Tube, Matched Quad

These winged Cs did not test as well as a pair I had before the factory closed. I was told by my amp tech that he suspected these may be factory 2nds produced before the closing of the plant. He said they did spec out as new but he could not guarantee how well they would hold upnin my Bogner Shiva which runs very high plate voltage. He said these were not the worst but not the quality that were produced in the years prior to the closing of the plant.
