I am finishing the first month of Keto Burn. This is the third brand of ‘ketogenic’ supplements that I have tried. These actually work as far as transforming and keeping your system in ‘keto’ state Thus limiting the symptoms of ‘keto-flu’ that I experienced in the past when starting keto diet. Wasn't sure about this product but I give it an A not "hungry anymore " I use to eat all day and before I went to bed . Now I don't crave. I have lost 10 pounds so far

This is NOT a product that will work if you don't work with it! What I mean is, this product works with me because I've been eating healthier (and smaller portions + better meals in general) as well as exercising more (you don't need to do it a ton, but definitely 20-30 mins a day of light exercise!). I've already dropped 5 and a half pounds in the almost 3 weeks I've been taking them!!!I think a lot of people make a mistake with diet pills or anything similar that they'll lose the weight FOR you. That's just untrue and leads to disappointment - I've been there (too many times lol). These Keto pills WORK AMAZINGLY *in addition to a better diet and exercise*, not in replacement of those things!These pills are a great start, just remember that you also have to be willing to change your habits if you want them to work most efficiently!Definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a push and is already committed (or willing to commit to) a healthier lifestyle!

From the first day, I noticed a change in my energy level! I was actually able to stay awake in the evenings when I sat down to eat supper with my kids! The pills are easy to swallow and I haven’t noticed any after taste or notice any taste when burping(I know probably TMI, but you know how fish oil leaves a fishy burp, that is what I mean).
