Back in the pool (I did 7 years of competitive swimming in my youth) for some proper work out so and paddles were always going to be indispensable, and they certainly are: great quality and a lot of choice for strapping which in a small way is a downside: it has too many holes that make them less strong in the water. But really I am nitpicking here, these are great and have quickly re-developed my shoulders & arms the way they were twenty years ago.

Las mejores manoplas de nado del mercado. Imprescindibles para mejorar la técnica y aumentar la fuerza en las manos y antebrazos. Las uso en mis sesiones de nado diariamente (4 horas al día) y estoy encantado. Las gomas se ajustan a todo tipo de nadadores. Precio y calidad excelentes.

é perfeito, a qualidade é excelente, é bem macio, fica direitinho na mão , dá para aperta ele de vários jeitos , uso ele a menos de 1 semana , mas ele é muito bom, super recomendo.
