Great for extended water fasts
It's hard to get enough potassium while water fasting because most supplements only contain 2% of your RDA. To get enough potassium, you would have to take handfuls. This supplement contains 5x that amount and seems to work well. After my initial purchase, I added this to a subscription because I liked it so much.

As others have mentioned, they can upset stomach. For me personally, it's perfectly fine, but my wife it makes her "tummy rumbly", her words not mine.I've also seen that someone else was stating potassium bicarbonate is only 39% based on conversion ratios. Thing is, once you empty these out (remove the shell from the equation) on a fine scale, they weigh roughly 1400mg. So if we take them at their word of <1% magnesium stearate, would put the total potassium bicarbonate at a minimum of 1260mg, which is 491mg potassium minimum per pill.

Unless you're really on top of your fruits and veggies intake, it can be pretty tough to hit your daily recommended potassium levels. Usually, this doesn't lead to any noticeable health problems, but it can be hard to say for certain. Supplementing your potassium can be an easy step one could take to improve their wellbeing.I've been taking these for a year, and have been feeling good, with no bad effects from the pills. Keeps the cramps away
I know my diet does not include the potassium I need. These pills are a life saver. They keep the cramps away. If I forget to take them for a while I start to get foot cramps. Take them for a few days and the cramps go away. It works for me.
