I like the flavor, it dissolves well in hot water. I love the low sodium taste.

Ordered it by mistake, but happy to discover it. Tasting a tiny amount , it was very salty. When I diluted it as directed , saltiness is gone. Definitely added flavor to the dish. Great sub for chicken conc.

I like that it's a concentrated liquid - it's more convenient to use than a bouillon cube or paste. I also like that it does not require refrigeration. A one-quart bottle of this makes about 8 gallons of broth. So it doesn't take up much shelf space for how much you get out of it. I use it in soups and also add a little to the rice cooker. A 4-pack of these 32-oz bottles is really a lot for a home cook. Mine arrived with a best-by date about 8 months out. I think this product is probably fine to use for quite a while past the date, but I'm going to try to give away 1-2 bottles because I really don't see how I will use all 4 of them in a reasonable amount of time.A variety pack, with 1 bottle each of vegetable, chicken, and beef, would have been more useful than a 4-pack of one flavor.

Has a great flavor. You cant tell it is low sodium! Purchased this for dietary restrictions, needing a low sodium choice. A perfect alternative for store bought broth. I use this all the time for soups and other recipes that need broth. I wish I had found this earlier.

I have used Knorr products all my live. At this time, my doctor said I needed to cut out as much salt as possible in my meals. Therefore, when I saw the Low Sodium Roasted Chicken Base, I decided to purchase the item. I paid almost 50 dollars for 6 containers and now I am told that I can't get credit for another item, or return my items. 50 dollars now days is a lot to lose. I don't know what I am going to do with it. It smells rancid and has too much grease. I gave it a try and mixed it with warm water. The soup tasted terrible.This is the first time that I have been very dissatisfied with a product I got through the Amazon site. I give this product a "NO S T A R" rating. I have added the pictures of the product. All the grease is very visible. With all the positive reviews, I feel that the batch I got is not good!RO

I'm on a doctor-ordered HIGH salt diet so when I think something is too salty, trust me, it is!I came across this product and immediately bought a 6 pack.I love broth but got tired of the salt in them. This soup base has ONLY 135 mg of salt per serviing, MUCH less than the 660 AND MORE in other products! I can make it as I want and not have to find things to add to it to cover the salt!The taste is delicious!If you're looking for a low salt alternative, definitely buy this! The fact that it's got nothing artifical or preservatives is a major bonus to the delicious taste!!
