LOVE THIS STUFF
Absolutely love edamame pasta!!! Great with meatballs and sauce and it’s high protein and fiber for meal prepping. It’s a constant every week in my kitchen! They used to sell at HEB but couldn’t find it anymore but thankfully Amazon has it!

It is superb. You must try this, immediately!
This is one of the best pastas I have ever eaten. It takes minutes to cook and is excellent eaten at any temperature. We tried it today for the first time in a sort of antipasto salad. We ate the noodles hot, then more later when warm, and some more later when cold. It retains the best firm texture and has a really good flavor. It's like eating meat! We are vegan and it's a big deal for us to find plant proteins that are easy to prepare and versatile, but still taste good. This pasta excels at all. It's outstanding, and will now be a regular part of our diet. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Low carb but high protein
Good texture that does not fall apart when cooked. Great protein source and low carb. But it has an odd flavor that may be an issue for some. I prefer this company’s black bean pasta with the same attributes but milder flavor.

Good low carb pasta
This is a great low carb substitute for pasta. My husband typically does not like any low carb pastas, but he likes this one. He loves regular pasta but can eat this one for a healthier alternative.

Very good
This is surprisingly good. Don't overcook. I mix in roasted veggies and olive oil.

Not a fan.
Of course, I didn't expect it to be exactly like regular pasta, but it was hard to chew, and I didn't like the texture of the pasta.

So Many Great Things to Say, BUT ...
I eat a vegan diet, and I heard about this product from a vegan fitness and nutrition influencer. The calories, protein, and fiber profile on this product are out of this world. Having said that, I have to add a BIG caveat: the fiber content on ONE serving of this pasta is 24 grams. Today, I had this with a serving of vegan sausage and, let me tell you, the fiber content in one serving for this meal had me feeling nauseous for hours. I thought I might be getting sick, but I checked a few resources online and confirmed this is a possible side-effect. The nausea finally subsided thankfully. When I eat this in the future, I expect cutting the serving size in half to see its affect on me will help me ramp up to eating the normal serving size in no time I expect. So, long-story-short? Enjoy this pasta, but if you're new to high fiber foods -- particularly those delivered in ONE meal -- then you should be cautious when you first start enjoying this pasta. Your tummy will thank you! Oh, and be sure to stay hydrated too when consuming high fiber foods!
