I purchased this as a gift.The person has a canon T3i with a kit lens, I wanted them to have a longer lens for sports and outdoor concerts ect.Although not a fast enough lens for indoors available light, it is a nice compact little lens, with a snappy autofocus and full electronic compatibility with the camera.
