Black Cherry Tomato 25 Seeds - Sweet & Juicy

I wanted to save my review until I saw my first "crop" so I could write a complete review.VENDOR = Outstanding! I received my seeds within a week and it seemed as though there were more than 20. The correspondence was excellent especially when my first set of seeds did not germinate well. I was told that Black Cherries have a low germination rate and the vendor promptly sent another packet of seeds. They also sent me a free packet of sunflowers which are just now producing flowers and also producing a smile on my face every time I walk past them.SEEDS = The seeds germinated quickly and looked strong & healthy. It was a great sign.TOMATOES = The proof is in the fruit. I also bought a Black Cherry seedling to compare with these seeds. They are producing just as well and the more exciting news is that the fruit I am getting from the 2-3 that I planted are producing plump and delicious fruit. My neighbor sampled a few & promptly went to the local nursery to look for a Black Cherry seedling. She is not a seed person and had never tried these before.OVERALL = Although these are the only seeds I have bought from this vendor I will be a repeat customer in the future. The vendor and the seeds have exceeded my expectations.

I'm no good at growing things in pots. I did get one plant, and it started out nicely. Then, all of a sudden, it up and died. This year, a new plant came up, but since it is not heirloom, I won't get to taste what look like wonderful tomatoes. But I will get something. Maybe next time.

I didn't check the seller reviews, only the product reviews and have come to learn that my seeds are being shipped from China. I had to allow over a month for "China Post" delivery which made it a little late to start the seeds for this year. The seeds have germinated, but who knows what kind of plant I'll end up with knowing the issues with Chinese product quality and standards. Buyer beware. I usually check sellers if it's not an Amazon Prime offering but the fact that the seeds are coming from China never crossed my mind as an option.

I try different 5-10 varities of tomatoes every year and I am not quick to hand out accolade. Now that We are in the end of the season, I can state with certainty that this was good product.Yield was extremely abundant, kept on producing and We are in mid September and still some left on the plants and I am now utterly tired of picking tomatoes. Product is visually unusual and very pleasing, about 3-4 times of a cherry tomato, vivid green and black that when ripens it turns to a brilliant red. Taste is normal, I would neither call it below or above average, just solid. Was very easy to grow, but I also admit that I am blessed with a bit of a green thumb so your experience might be more specific to your own techniques. Of course weekly Jack Classics feedings and original media preperation with Azimot and other soil additions will help with any gardening.

I planted all of these in full sun, and none of them germinated! I've had luck with other seeds, but none at all with these.

shipping time was perfect. only 1 of the 4 seeds i planted sprouted. my other seeds had 100% success with sprouting. these are the only ones that all the seeds didn't sprout. will try planting again with my next batch and hope they do better.

I ordered these early this spring, started about 20 plants indoors and transplanted 6 outdoors around the begining of summer, however not one of the seeds inside the pack were actually black cherry tomatoes, instead I got plum tomatoes and normal red big boys, complete scam....

I think every single seed sprouted, so scatter them lightly. They're growing very well. No actual tomatoes as of yet.
