This is the second product we have purchased from Sunfood. Quality is superb and reliable over multiple ordering. We use the hemp seeds in hot & cold cereal, egg dishes, veggies, and salads., etc. We haven't tried them in blending so can't rate for that category.

My wife prefers it than any other hemp seed.

Fresh , tasty , and value for my money. I love to add hemp seed to my salads.

There are a bunch of seed hulls that are hard and most of the product is more broken up, instead of being the whole (shelled) hemp seeds. I am not comfortable using it because of the hardness (potentially sharp edges on the seed hulls) refund request submitted.

A lot of effort went into developing hempseed as a product. It’s good they succeeded. Hempseed tastes better, but ground flaxseed has a better omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. Flaxseed is the cheaper product by far.7
