Dreamworks Dragons, Giant Fire Breathing Toothless Action Figure, 20-inch Dragon with Fire Breathing Effects

Our son loves the movie and TV series so this toy was a no brainer for him. When it arrived I was immediately impressed at the detail, size (22.5" wingspan) and weight of it. To my surprise the "breath" actually works very well too. Pressing down the left horn opens the mouth and water vapor comes out about 6 inches (see 2nd pic). Pressing the left horn to open the mouth then the right horn will shoot the "bolt" out. To be honest I would have expected this to cost more. Really great value.My only complaint is the tail became loose after only a few days but a little crazy glue and sitting overnight took care of that so far. I would have given 5 stars for durability if it was all one piece.If you have a child who likes the How To Train Your Dragon series get this for them. They will love it!

First one didn't work. Got a replacement 3 days later. It is a cool toy and the colors are amazing.

my son had one of these from 5 yrs ago, it’s tail finally got pulled off by rough play (held up to lots before now, I hot glued the tail back on, but looked for a new one just in case, found this, ordered, and am so happy! This is an AWESOME toy for any kid fascinated by dragons. It holds up really well for the rough play my son put it through. He has no idea I have a brand new one, he is still using the hot glued tail one! Ha ha! Love this toy. It is big, tough, exciting and fun.

Its big and awesome but you have to place a small piece of cardboard on top of the batteries or they get loose and the light up/steam won’t work.

I was on the fence about buying this toy because of all the bad reviews. However, I can say I'm very happy I bought this product. The toy is a nice size, and has so many fun features, including lighting up, shooting ammo, and steam effects. Also, the wings do not fall off like the Playmobil Toothless. I did not have any issues with the steam not working. My daughter is 9, and can easily add the water to refill the steam feature. My daughter LOVES this toy.

Don't waste your money! Bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughter and highly disappointed. Spent nearly $50 on a dragon that only worked for a few minutes. To make the light come on and the steam come out of it's mouth you have to push down both ears. As an adult this took a lot of effort to push down, and nearly impossible for young kids. It only worked for a few minutes then after that the lights/steam quit working. No matter how hard I pushed on the ears it wouldn't work. Swapped out multiple sets of batteries and still no luck. Our daughter was SUPER disappointed since this was her most desired gift on her list! I returned the one I bought from Amazon and decided to purchase the same dragon from Target (for less). My hope was that the one I received was defective BUT sure enough the second one does the exact same thing! I'm blown away this has a 4.5 Star Rating!

My nephew absolutely loved this gift. I got it at an amazing price point ($26 less than instore at Walmart) he has been plyin with it non stop. The only con is that the ears are awkward to press to make the “fire breathing action” happen. It would make more sense for the button to be on the sides as that’s where a child would hold it while playing and “flying” it around.
