Q: Can rope be feed through the tube, creating a rope protecter?

As long as the tube is bigger than the sewn in eyes.

Q: What is best way to cut?

I cut mine with emt shears or a sharp knife then melt the ends with a lighter. This webbing has a ton of uses and is extremely durable.

Q: Does this stretch under load?

It is nylon, so yes. It will probably stretch about 2% for every 10% of breaking strength (about 2% stretch for every 400lb load)

At 270 pounds, I rely heavily on the rope and anchor systems I utilize when climbing and rappelling. This tubular 1" webbing it equal in use to the PMI products we have relied on for years. Ties securely. Doesn't fray or come unraveled (must burn/singe any cut end) and rolls/stores easily.
