It’s good! It does make me want to take it off. I feel like the circulation is being cut off of me. I love the design and the length. It works! It’s not the most comfortable but the product is perfect. I do wish I could stretch it more though when I really want to go right.

I have tried sooooooooooooo many bands, only to be disappointed, when you get halfway through the workout it slips falls, comes undone, this is the first band that I have used that didn't move, and really keeps your core tight and pushed in and not out! I love this band, it is the best band on the market.
