Great product!
These work exceptionally well, PROVIDED the original power supply is 12v DC or greater. If you have a 6 v DC power supply, you will experience a voltage drop the longer the cat5 cable is. If you're power supply is .5 v DC (1/2 volt), about six feet to ten feet is the maximum length before total power loss. I was able to go 250 feet on a 12 v DC power supply with minimal power loss. (Security camera had full function at 250 ft). In theory, these are a godsend, in practice, they're only as good as your original power supply.

Product title barrel size wildly wrong
Product description is very inaccurate. Listed as having a 4.8x1.7mm barrel, but has a 3.5x1.3mm in reality. According to the product description none of the 3 versions of this product even use the advertised plug size. I'm extremely unhappy and wish I could still return these, I can't even use them.
