1 Piece Airport Windsock Kit with Reflective Belt and 5 Double Swivel Clips to Indicate Wind Direction and Force

We have a flag pole in the garden and wanted a wind sock to put up instead of flags sometimes to do a bit of weather science with the kids. This is a nice price and works well.The bonus for me that I needed a swivel clip and this came with 5. They work really well and it was only a couple of pounds more to buy the sock with clips than to buy clips on their own.The stripes are actually useful on a windsock, although I haven't checked whether it's also true for this one. For reference, at an airport (not this sock) the following is true, when considering how much of the wind sock is lifted.- The first stripe indicates a 3-knot breeze- The second stripe is ~ 6 knots- The third stripe is ~ 9 knots- The fourth stripe is ~ 12 knots- The last stripe is 15 knots or higher

Good windsock. Did not buy special pole, as have enough items in garden to attach it to. Swivel clips necessary and so good to supply spares. It does get tangled at times but not an issue. Good item for us to judge wind direction and strength, when deciding on where to walk dog.
