They are made of a hard plastic. Not as cheap & flimsy as most cheap plastic toys. They're durable, not easily chewable by pets, and can withstand the outdoors. Of all the cheap plastic toys I've bought, these have held up very well.

Yes they are green. They are in various poses. I had these as a kid. I have several Funko figures including the Toy Story movies so I added these as part of my Toy Story display.
