I wanted to wait over a month before giving a review. Right away, I noticed the strong smell and taste when swallowing them. Personally, it does not bother me, and it seems fresh. I do not have trouble with the type of pill, but recommend taking them with enough water, so they do not get stuck on your throat. I have seen good results in the five weeks of taking them, and ordered a second bottle (no discount or anything, it was just upon liking the effects). While it is hard for me to remember to take them twice a day for the maximum benefits, it is worth it. I would encourage people that consistency is key, supplements are not a one time and get automatic results. I worked at Whole Foods in the Health and Beauty Department, and I really do like the quality they use. That is probably the most important aspect to me, as it seems to determine the results the most. It is honestly worth paying more, or the money is just wasted anyway.

The Santa of garlic is quite evident when you open the bottle. This bottle is dark to protective The product inside. The only complaint I have half of his garlic and stomach upset so make sure you eat or drink something before you take it. You may also want to take some thing for your stomach as it does cause a little discomfort and nausea at first. Something as minimal as Tums or Rolaids will work great.
