Q: Will the pad stick to the wound when the pad is removed ?

No, the pad does not stick to the wound. These are the best bandages I have found for an open wound on the back of my hand and knuckles that won't heal. I find that the adhesive is stronger than most bandages so it stays in place until I am ready to remove it, even though it is in a place that does a lot of flexing. Also, I have been using these bandages for several weeks and have had no breakdown or damage to the skin where the adhesive sticks: it comes off very easily. I don't know how it sticks so well all day and then just peels off when I want to remove it, but it does. This is a lot better than any of the brand name (Bandaid) or store brand (Walmart, Walgreen & Kroger) bandages that I have tried in the past. And less expensive.

Q: are these waterproof?

The band aid did not seem to be waterproof, although it did not come off in the bath. In fact, it is one of a few that I have tried only to discover that getting them off is very painful, time-consuming and needs some kind of oil to coax the sticky part off. I have since purchased Band Aid brand with antibiotic on the pad: waterproof and easy to remove.

Q: Is there antibiotic on the pad?

Its just a plain band aid, nothing on the pad. Sorry.
