Q: Do you have to remove the factory antenna on 2022 Road Glide, to be able to sit on luggage rack?

No you don't it hits it just slightly I used the the strap on the bag rapped around the antenna and looked and worked great

Q: Are straps for the side D rings included?

D rings are just there for an extra anchoring point.

Q: what's the max weight this bag can carry?

It carries alot 4 days of clothes for 2 people and 2 bottles of wine. Great bag

Q: Does it slip over the sissy bar?

You can slip it over the straps are adjustable. It also comes with "down" straps that pull the bag down towards your fender
