Arrived quickly and was skeptical as some of these things seem to work short term or not at all. Impressed with the mixability and taste of this - I take it about 30 minutes before I want to go to bed and it helps me fall asleep quickly once I am settled in bed. It also helps me stay asleep, which has led to better sleep quality for me overall.

I purchased this because I have an OŪRA ring and it was telling me my stress levels were elevated before bed. I started drinking this in the evening and it has helped me relax and ease into my nighttime routine. If I wake up in the night, I’m able to fall right back asleep and feel well rested in the morning. I will definitely be purchasing this again

This magnesium powder has a pleasant berry flavor and mixes well with water. It’s calming and helps me unwind in the evenings, especially when paired with a relaxing routine. I do feel more regular and rested after taking it consistently. However, there’s not enough magnesium in each serving for the price point. I expected a higher dose given how much the jar costs. Still, it’s a good product if you’re looking for something gentle and well-formulated.

Perfect. I now use the glass jar . It helped me to calm down in a stressful situation. Thank you for this product. I like that it has no stevia. It taste like an adult drink.Con’s. I bet you can make it without citric acid. But I’m not complaining.

I was skeptical when a friend suggested this to me, but it's being surprisingly effective. I've managed to taper my sleeping med to 1/3 of the prescribed dose, with a goal of getting completely off the stuff. One thing I noted in particular with Magnesi-Om is that my sleep as recorded by my Apple Watch seems to be much more continuous. I still wake up to pee, but in between those episodes, I'm seeing continuous, solid sleep vs lots of little interruptions. Recommended.

Great quality product, it helps you sleep without making you feel groggy like a melatonin would. Gave 4 stars because the flavor is not as desirable as the others, but still a great product with clean ingredients
