Bigger than expected and had to move a shelf above door in fridge to accommodate.This product is fantastic. Water tastes really nice, cool and clear and filtration takes only minutes.It’s a solid build, looks good, and really does the job of filtration.Would recommend to anyone looking for a water filtration jug at a more than reasonable price!

Really like this filter jug! The filters are a bit on the pricey side, but they last ages, and the jug itself looks pretty stylish. Definitely nicer than your regular ones — now I just need to remember to order more filters soon.

POSITIVE UPDATE: customer service team saw the review and swiftly reached out, apologising for not responding to my initial attempts at contact. They refunded my purchase in full and sent out a newer and more expensive model (ED11W), with a spare filter, free of charge; with the sincere hope of meeting my water needs. New filter has a larger capacity and works well, though we are not as keen on the taste. May get used to in time, or update in future, but pretty confident will stick with this brand.They (Karina specifically) were very patient and answered my questions clearly throughout. Keeping at 4/5 rather than 5/5 simply because of the initial issues with the product and customer service contact.-------------ORIGINAL RV 2/5:Moved area and needed to filter water so looked online. Liked the design and wooden handle - goes with our overall asethetic. However, the jug easily sustains water stains, and filter life light does not work. Emailed company within the first few months to ask for assistance and no reply. Still filters and water tastes better, but must instead rely on calendar reminders to swap the filter regularly, which may mean we are not getting the most out of the filters.

Had this for number of months. Best water filter jug we've used. Holds enough for our usage (two people)Its well built, looks great, easy to replace filters and the filter does a great job providing crispy clean water.Downside;You cant fill the entire jug in one attempt. Takes two attempts. However, its reasonably fast at filtering water, so it's not an issue. We just fill it up every-time we use half a full jug and keep it in the fridge.If you OVERFILL (like literally fill the jug AND the filter reservoir to the point where it cant filter water into the jug) do not tilt the handle of the jug towards you, or you will get water leaking from the top join of the handle.

Excellent Jug great size. Quick and Easy to set up.Only thing I’d say it is it doesn’t fit in the fridge door.

I’ve been using this Waterdrop filter jug for a year now and overall, I’m really pleased with it. The design is sleek and compact, so it fits easily in my fridge door. The water tastes much cleaner and fresher after filtering – it definitely removes that chlorine taste from tap water.The filter is easy to install and seems to last a decent amount of time. I also like that it keeps healthy minerals in the water, which is a bonus.This is for everyday use and better-tasting water, it does a great job.
