Q: Hello. Are these hi vis during daytime. ( want them for road going mobility scooter ) cheers

They are hi-vis, but clearly during the daylight the reflective quality of them is not the same as during hours of darkness etc. Lights won’t be reflecting off the reflective background. However, I have fitted them onto the back of a compact tractor and they definitely stand out and are hi-vis.
