Q: Is this serum supposed to be a brown color?

I believe so. As I’ve gotten at least 3 -4 of them so far (not from Amazon), and all of them were the same tone — like a darkish caramel (brown) color. And I know that on some beauty groups I’m in one of the lil complaints I sometimes see is how they wish it were clear & not that “brown color”. Hope this helped! :)

Yes , this should be applied on clean skin first and then moisturizer can be used.
