Hitec 31805S HS-805BB Mega Giant Scale 2BB Servo

Installed in animated robot project.

The gear at the end of the shaft is plastic, for this price I was expecting brass or at least aluminum, on the plus side it is strong

Amazing servos.. very easy to modify for continuous rotation. Needed a bunch for my Inmoov project, haven't tested them all yet but the ones I've gone thru have been very smooth. Nice packaging and it they arrived earlier than I had expected.

I have ordered 2 of these servos. They are a good size and I use them on power wheels cars as a steering mechanism. They are pretty powerful but they do require quite a bit of power to run at max torque. The size is perfect for the powerwheels application as they sit snuggly under the car and have the right clearance for the steering linkage.

This is a great, sturdy analogue servo for heavy-lifting jobs. There are clear dimensions from Hitec available online for mounting / frame design: [...]Be sure to measure the mounting holes on the servo horns/arms before fabricating, as they do not match many of the blueprints online - and (frustratingly) they are not a simple circular pattern!

A little overpriced but does the job.

I needed these and more like it for my robotics projects.

Failed within a day of use... .... :/If you need something reliable, this isn't it.
