A bit to small and short
It looks nice, but it's short on torso. I'm 5'11 200 pounds and the torso was short. Also the sleeves were tight around my wrist and arms. I'd say order a size up or maybe two. I read some chick saying it fits good if you aren't overweight. But I'm athletic built and it's to short more so than tight for legit 5'10 to 6 foot guys that wear medium. So large or x large.

Nice Flannel Shirt
This shirt met my expectations and is really nice especially for the price. The size just fits, so maybe I should have gone up a size. Very nice quality though. I got the black and white plaid, and will order a red/black one too. Soft, but not too thick. Nice enough to wear to the office as we have a casual dress policy and this shirt will be nice in the cooler weather.

Runs small, has a short torso, super light weight material
It’s no Dixxon Flannel that’s for sure. I wear an XL with those shirts and they’re a flawless fit. I’m 6’1, 215 lbs, muscular build. I ordered an XXL to be safe, but I ended up just cutting the sleeves off to make it a sleeveless vest situation because the length/torso was too short. It’ll make for a good layering addition. The sleeve length was okay - reached all the way down to my hands the way a long sleeve shirt should.I personally like my flannels to have some girthy’ness to them, but this shirt is very lightweight. Feels a little cheap in my opinion. If you’re under 6ft tall and/or don’t mind your shirts hitting right around your belt line, you might like this. If you’re of average build, or skinny - you probably don’t need to size up. If you have any muscle mass on you, I would definitely recommend ordering a size up.

Nice shirt
My son is thin and this shirt came as slim. Got him 3 for Christmas. After washing, it still looks good and he says it feels nice and comfortable. Got him 5 more colors for his birthday. A bit expensive but he's happy and looks like he'll get a lot of use out of them.

"Lightweight" Equals Cheap not Warm.
I have lots of flannel shirts. This is the lightest one I've ever seen. It was advertised as "lightweight and warm" so I thought I would give it a try. I compared the weight of it to an Amazon Essentials flannel shirt of the same size. The Amazon Essentials shirt is not a heavy shirt at all. Just average weight. You would have to add about 23% more material to the Cedar shirt to be the same weight. I don't normally go around weighing my shirts, but this was so noticeable, I decided to make a comparison. I believe they made it lightweight so as to be cheaper for Cedar to buy but then market it as "warm" to make profit on cheap materials. I Already washed it so can't return it. If you're looking for a warm shirt, keep looking.
