can this be used for epoxy,fibre resin mould releasing?

In my opinion it should work to release epoxy resin mold. Always test a small sample to be sure.

i want to make silicon mold. is this perfect for partition with 2nd part of mold ? is mold release easily ?

I've not tried with silicon but yes It is best for mold release...
