Q: How long is the cable between the two headphones?

Not sure about the exact length but it fits my medium Shoei Qwest helmet just fine with a little room to spare. Talking about cable going from left speaker wrapped around back of helmet to right speaker.

I've tried per the instructions and cannot get mine to switch to manual answering. I press the + and - buttons prior to pairing, prior to connecting, I tried a momentary press and a long press...nothing works. It's frustrating because there's no tone or indication so how does one know if they're doing it correctly? Have you figured it out yet?
