Q: Usually I use face wash then toner then moisturizer, where should this fit into my steps?

I use this product for target acne flare ups - putting it on all the small spots of "break out" and leave it on overnight. I do not use toner or moisturizer when doing this - just clean skin. Great product and I've used it for years with great results to keep my acne flare ups under control. I have oily skin. Hope this helps!!

the expiration date should be on the bottle somewhere I think on the bottom

No, not really...sadly we didn’t have much luck with proactive
