Q: Is the cooler cushion 100% sealed, or could the internals be replaced?

Good quality; HOWEVER the logo was printed upside down on the wrong side of the cushion. I suggest that you do not buy this item from the anti-American company that has supported censorship of free speech/the second amendment & buy this item from your local West Marine. Amazon will probably never let this be posted but check Amazon prices & 95% of the time I find what I am looking for cheaper & from a company that supports the USA.

Q: Will the 94qt cushion fit on the 110qt igloo glide cooler

It could be modified to fit a larger cooler by adding extension snaps.

Q: Says this fits 128 Qt igloo cooler perfectly but the size chart says this is a 94 Qt model. So which is it and what will it fit perfectly?

Mine was a nice tight fit on my 94 qt. cooler. Maybe, and I don't know, the lids is the same for a 128qt. and its just deeper.

Q: how thick is the cushion?

If I remember correctly it is about 2 inches thick

Fits 94 qt perfect

, the base of the old snaps all pulled out of the cooler, they were all corroded together and the screws came out.. BUT it had new snaps already on the cooler that were never used placed to fit these different snap tabs on the new cushion and it went right on for me...

straps need improvement to secure to top of cooler

The side straps ripped off on the first time I used it. The cushion was placed on top of my igloo cooler on a boston whaler center console. I had to buy Velcro to secure it to the cooler top.
