I guess you can but they are not comfortable at all because they are too big and limit your movement and it might break if you accidentally move it while asleep. It definitely can connect your phone alarm.

Q: Does It work with PS4?

PS4 doesn’t work with any Bluetooth headphone except PS4 branded. But you can connect this via wire to the controller which is what I do
