Mine will stand if on level surface but will fall over. Not sure how to overcome that.

After continuous use, my Hurri-Cane causes pain in my upper arm. Does this cane take some of the load off of the shoulder and upper arm?

I have found this taller cane causes me less pain than a regular height cane. I get back and shoulder pain with a regular height cane but this causes me no discomfort. I stand straighter and tend to lean on it less because of that.
