I bought this for my BOOX Tab Mini C, which is an android e-ink tablet (not just an ebook reader) with a 7.8 inch screen. My purpose in getting it was to have something to give me a firmer grip on the device with one hand, freeing my other hand to stabilize it and tap the screen to advance the page. I don't take notes on this tablet, but if I did, I'm confident that it would easier using the grip.Essentially, I can now easily hold the device in one hand, although it really is too heavy to do that for a long time.

Good item, but it needs enough space to be able to turn. The pen holder on the back of the Samsung Fold phones does not leave enough room. I didn't account for that.

It does work with my wireless charger after all. I previously left a 2 star review because my phone wasn't charging with wireless charger. Little did I know, someone in my household had unplugged the wireless charger. I don't know how to update my previous review, so Im writing a new one. Still only 4 stars because the piece that is supposed to work as a stand is too soft and flimsy.

Very good part

It makes it easy to hold my phone. It is just the right size to comfortably hold it. The adhesive is very strong. The handle feels durable and strong. And the handle is very easy to remove and reattach. So 3 stars for those and the other 2 i cannot give. Because it doesn't allow my phone to charge wirelessly - which is why I bought it. Even with the handle removed it's too thick. The "stand" feature doesn't work well at all. I have tried multiple positions with the loop and it still falls over. Would not buy again for my needs.

I love this phone holder so much. I hated popsockets, they never worked for me, but this is great. My only issue is that I can't use it with magsafe, which I didn't think I needed until after I bought this. I think if I had a magsafe case and then remounted it on the magsafe case it would work. But trying to retrofit it after the fact was not possible. It's so easy to pop off at night so that I can do wireless charging.

Since manufacturer's directions are terrible, here are a few things I learned. Wiped off back of phone with alcohol wipe to remove any oils and dirt. Take your clear rectangular plastic and do a dry run, place it in position, make sure not blocking anything and pretty straight, does not have to be perfectly straight just close to it. Remove clear film to expose glue side, and put it into place. The glue is extremely sticky and permanent. If you get it slightly off line, you cannot pull it off and reposition it. Just press it on firmly. Next put the cardboard template in place, you want this perfectly straight so the hand strap will be straight. You may want to tape it in place temporarily. Now take the oval piece that has the red quarter size protective piece and peel it off. Now install that piece in the template hole. So much more comfortable.

I've been using this for nearly 2 years now! I love the usability in terms of carrying the phone. It's comfortable and very secure. There are a few drawbacks through. The feature to use the piece as a way to prop for the phone is pretty cumbersome, as it's a little flimsy. I find that after a few seconds, the phone starts to fall down. The piece is a little bulky and since the loop is silicone, it can be difficult getting in and out of your pocket(s) depending on the material and tightness of clothing you're wearing. Lastly, as I've had this for so long, I am finding that the plastic between the connections is wearing down. It use to be tighter when twisted together but now the mount untwists from the base easily. I've nearly lost it a few times. Not much of a dealbreaker, as it's inevitable, but worth mentioning. Popsocket styles are uncomfortable for me, and overpriced, so this was a given.. and the fact I can remove the holder from the mount with it being nearly flat is a plus, as I can still fit it in phone mounts. Overall, great product, especially for the price.
