Good for the price but will not purchase again

The charging port is the outdated microUSB and the brush head is kinda small. But other than that, it's been working great for the past few months.

It’s good and cleans teeth at 2 setting and has long battery life.

I recently purchased the Mi Electric Toothbrush from Amazon.in, expecting a high-quality product backed by reliable customer support. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the Mi store does not sell replacement brush heads for this toothbrush. This oversight renders the product nearly useless once the initial brush head wears out.I contacted Xiaomi India Customer Support to inquire about compatibility between the Mi Electric Toothbrush T300 and T100 brush heads, only to be informed that there is no official information available regarding their compatibility. This lack of clarity and support is unacceptable for a product that requires regular maintenance.Despite being assured that my feedback has been noted, the inability to purchase essential replacement parts makes this toothbrush a poor investment. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider this significant drawback before purchasing the Mi Electric Toothbrush. Until Xiaomi addresses this issue, I cannot recommend this product.
