Total Length of sock?

I'm 5.5 ft. tall and this sock reach upto my thigh. Though wouldn't recommend you to purchase this as the waterproofing is very bad and it does not hold tight with legs. But, if you want this for safety from leech or other insects then you can go for it.

Do we wear this over regular socks or as a substitute for regular socks?

I wear it over regular socks for comfort of my feet.
