Great buy. I bought this for my lower back pain as I had to to go on a longer flight but couldn't bring a proper pillow and was too much in pain not to bring anything. It saved my back and I can also use it in the car when driving. I'd recommend this to everyone especially when flying (especially Ryanair!!) , even to people who aren't suffering for back pain - trust me, you need this. It takes very little space and you can bring it along anywhere.
