Q: I can't fold the legs down. How do you fold legs to put the table away?

Make sure the side locks are flipped outward and you can fold the legs inward. Also the height needs to be at the lowest to fit when folding the legs inward

8” at the bottom and “16 at the top. However it’s such an extreme angle when it’s fully angled that you’re not likely to use in that position. If you use the next angled position it’s 10 1/2” at the bottom and 14” at the top. This really is a very little work surface. I’ve had it for over a year now and it’s still great.

Q: Can this stand be use as a computer keyboard stand?

I don't see why not, I assume you have your monitor up at a standing height. the main thing is the range of height of the laptop bed tray table is a fixed range. [The legs can be set to 5 different heights from 9.4" – 12.6"] If you need less height than the lowest setting, it would not work, or if you needed the height higher than the raised height it would be low. I use it sitting in a recliner with my laptop. The leather surface keeps my laptop from moving around which is good. I think you need to test the heights you are going to need. With your monitor in place, I would take a board and putting under the board work out the ideal height for you. We are all a slightly different height so you comfort level is going to be what height works for you.
